Are the watches waterproof?
Our watches are water resistant, but not waterproof. We do not recommend submerging, however handwashing/rain will not be an issue.
Where are the watches made?
Our watches are designed and produced between Tokyo & Hong Kong. Our leather is Japanese made as well as our movements. Our designers hail from America, Australia, Italy, Switzerland, Japan, and Hong Kong
How do I set up my RHUYA watch?
Each watch takes a different approach to time setting. For most of our Japanese Quartz models, simply pull out the latch on the side of the case and set your correct time. Push the latch in to start the movement. We use Miyoda movement for the highes
Can i change the strap after puchase?
Our watches use a spring bar system, you are able to change the straps as long as you have a proper tool. We also sell custom strap changes, refurbishing, and exchanges. Please email us at [email protected] for more information
